1. Booking & Confirmation When you book an appointment at Studio NM, your booking will be automatically confirmed. However, we reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policy or availability. A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment. This booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. If you cancel your appointment, a new booking fee will be required for any future bookings. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance. If you do not attend your appointment without notice (a 'no-show'), you will be charged the full service cost and will need to pay a new booking fee for future appointments. 3. Payment Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. The booking fee is taken when you make your reservation and is separate from the service payment. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are correct at the time of booking. 4. Refunds Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be given. Please make sure you are happy with your treatment choices before your appointment. If you have any concerns during your appointment, please speak to Nicole immediately so we can address them. 5. Consultation Forms & Patch Tests Some services require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This is for your safety and to ensure the best results. You must provide accurate and complete information on any consultation forms. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in us being unable to provide the service. Certain treatments may require a patch test at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test is required, this will be communicated to you when booking. 6. Client Responsibilities We ask all clients to treat Nicole and the salon space with respect at all times. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling. Please ensure you follow any aftercare advice provided to get the best results from your treatment. 7. Your Data & Privacy Any personal information you provide will only be used for booking and appointment management purposes. We will keep your contact details and booking history to provide you with the best service. Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 8. Health & Safety Studio NM maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with industry best practices. If you have any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or are pregnant, you must inform us before booking or at the start of your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe or suitable for you. 9. Changes to Terms Studio NM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the update. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
