Deposits A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill. Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling We currently do not have a cancellation or rescheduling policy. Please ensure you can make your appointment once booked. Payments You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer at the end of your appointment. Full payment is expected at this time. Refunds We don’t offer refunds for completed services.
