Booking and Appointments All bookings made through Aura - Beauty by Quinn are automatically confirmed, so you are all set once booked A consultation form may be required for certain treatments, you'll be notified if you are required to complete. Please ensure any forms are complete before your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of treatment cost. Payment Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Satisfaction and Refunds Your satisfaction is important to me. If you're not fully satisfied with your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I'll aim to resolve any concerns, which may include a complimentary correction or partial refund where appropriate. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or if aftercare instructions haven't been followed. Health and Safety Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your treatment. Patch tests may be required for certain treatments. These must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment, and it is your responsibility to book your patch test in sufficient time before your treatment.
